About Susannah Wesley
The Susannah Wesley Community Center (SWCC), a non-profit agency in Kalihi-Palama, has served the community for over 125 years, empowering youth, adults, and familiesβmany of whom are newcomers to Hawaiβiβfacing significant social and economic challenges.
With a mission to help individuals survive, thrive, and contribute to society, even amidst language barriers and cultural differences, SWCC offers high-quality social services and programs rooted in aloha and respect. Through its comprehensive support, SWCC provides a sense of belonging and hope to those who are lost, hungry, or struggling, fostering self-sufficiency and independence in the heart of the Kalihi-Palama community

Youth & Family Services
Home-Based Parenting Program is delivered primarily in the homes of participants or at a location of their choice. Learn more here
Food Pantry
Over 70,000 pounds of food was distributed to over 15,400 individuals in 2021. Susannah Wesley Community Centerβs Emergency Food Pantry normally operates two days per week, on site. Learn more here

Distance Learning Programs
In coordination with Farrington Community School for Adults (FCSA) and McKinley Community School for Adults (MCSA), SWCC is a site for Workforce Development Diploma (WDD) and General Education Development (GED).

Kupuna Korner
Kupuna Korner is a welcoming space at Susannah Wesley Community Center for adults ages 55 and older to connect, relax, and thrive together. The program offers activities that promote health, creativity, and fun β from gentle exercise and arts & crafts to music, storytelling, games, and community workshops. Learn more here
