Gloria is Director/CEO of HMSA Employees’ FCU. She has over 25 years of credit union and financial institution experience with a background in all areas of credit union operations. She is also a volunteer for the American Red Cross on the Disaster Action Team, former chairperson of Aloha United Way Society of Young Leaders, and former Secretary for Financial Education Alliance of Hawaii (FEAH). Gloria earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Non-Profit Business Management from Hawaii Pacific University and holds a master’s degree in Leadership and Public Administration from Ohio University. She joined SWCC as Board Member in 2018.
