The following positions are available:


Temporary (thru 12/31/20) PT Maintenance Worker (19 hrs/week)

Seeking motivated, detailed individual who is able and willing to clean and maintain the building, grounds, and equipment of the Susannah Wesley Community Center.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years relevant experience, and ability to:

1.       Use cleaning equipment

2.       Work indoors and outdoors

3.       Lift up to 50 pounds

4.       Climb a ladder to 25 feet

5.       Work on weekends and after business hours as needed

6.       Relate to staff and building users in a pleasant and professional manner

Must have valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.

Volunteer Front Office Receptionist

Looking for an energetic, well-spoken and organized volunteer to be a welcome face to the Susannah Wesley Community Center. Duties to include but are not limited to answering and directing phone call inquiries, greeting and assisting visitors, and helping with the facility rentals.

All volunteer positions require background clearance.

On-Call Facilities Attendant

Seeking individual for On Call Weekend Facilities Attendant. Position will be staff present for weekend rental of Susannah Wesley Community Center facilities. Position will inspect facilities prior to and after usage of facilities by renters for safety and cleanliness, monitor the function throughout the duration of the rental, provide supervision during the clean-up period, to insure that the facilities are maintained properly, and escort renter and guests are off the premises as scheduled.
The facilities attendant is expected to work within the policy directives of the Susannah Wesley Community Center. The position is also guided by the job description, code of ethics, agency and program policies and procedures, applicable state and federal laws, and the standards.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Position will require extensive background clearance and schedule is for various times on weekends.
