The following positions are available:

Department: Family & Youth Services

Family Case Manager (FT):
Family Case Manager provides outreach, needs assessments, service planning and coordination, and individual/family support services to achieve established goals to eligible families in Kalihi. Support services include ensuring family stabilization with basic needs such as food, housing, healthcare, accessing public assistance, etc. Family Case Manager will coordinate and facilitate monthly Parent Nights and teach an evidence-based curriculum, Parenting Wisely. Family Case Managers conduct outreach to the community through one-on-one meetings with partners and assisting in out of school time programming.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Services or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with two (2) years of relevant experience.

Department: Trafficking Victim Services

Case Manager (FT, PT, On-Call):
Provide crisis response services, intake assessment, trauma informed and victim centered case management services, supportive counseling and services to adult/youth victims and their parents/guardians/caregivers.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s in social services with 2 years experience working with victims (preferred) or minimum of Bachelor’s degree in social services with 6 months experience working with victims of human trafficking. Must have the ability to work independently, thrive in high pressure situations, handle highly sensitive confidential information, and patience to cope with clients struggling to utilize appropriate coping skills will be given precedence.
Knowledge, experience and language capacity in working with various Pacific Island cultures highly desirable in addition to meeting minimum requirements.

On-Call Community Support Worker:
On-Call Community Support Worker position assists in various agency and program areas, community events/projects, and with maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the building and grounds of the Susannah Wesley Community Center.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, possession of valid driver’s license, clean traffic abstract, ability to successfully pass background clearances and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Program Support Assistant (FT):
Seeking an organized, team-focused and flexible individual who has excellent communication and administrative support skills. This position develops relationships and supports clients through SWCC’s community-based programs. Key duties include: fielding caller inquiries; conducting COVID-19 health screening of visitors; providing programmatic and administrative support to the community-based programs; creating and maintaining files; maintaining prescribed database; and assisting with the preparing reports as required. Requires a discretion and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED with 1 year administrative/office support experience

Desired Qualities: Ability to work well with various ethnic groups and values accountability and performance management.
