At Susannah Wesley Community Center (SWCC), we believe that when our community’s basic needs are met, individuals and families can focus on growing, thriving, and building a brighter future. That’s why we launched the SWCC Free Store—a resource designed to provide gently used clothing, shoes, and household essentials at no cost to those who need them.
Many families in Kalihi-Palama face daily financial challenges, making it difficult to afford necessities. The Free Store was created as a dignified, welcoming space where neighbors can access essential items without barriers, allowing them to focus on education, career growth, and overall well-being.
By offering more than just material support, the Free Store fosters a sense of community, connection, and empowerment—because when people no longer have to worry about their basic needs, they can invest in their future.
